Duncan Moran, who served in the Merchant Marines during WWII, led Ocean Springs Lumber & Supply for many years until his passing in 1995.
A major renovation to the store in 2016 allowed more room and more appealing space.

In June of 1998, OS Lumber & Supply moved to its present location at 1611 Government Street in Ocean Springs, Mississippi.
